Terms of Use

The following conditions apply to the use of our web catalog and must be observed:

Website Entries

1. Entries for right-wing extremist, discriminatory, or legally or morally questionable sites, as well as sites with illegal content, software cracks, warez, etc., will not be accepted. This restriction also applies to sites that contain links or advertising to such sites.
2. Unfinished sites (under construction), sites without proper content (banner farms), and pages that open a dialer or more than one pop-up window when accessed will not be accepted or will be deleted afterwards.
3. Entries are activated automatically by us only upon a one-time payment of EUR 1.00.
4. The contract for the website entry is valid for 1 year, i.e. 12 months. It does not renew automatically afterwards. The term of the entry begins from the date of payment.
5. If, for any reason, the submitted site cannot be activated after payment of the amount of EUR 1.00, the amount paid will be refunded within 10 business days.
6. Entries are possible exclusively for our web catalog.
7. Activation in web catalogs connected to the link network is only possible after the first listing, via an administration tool. The access data will be sent to you by e-mail after payment.

Availability

1. For technical reasons, no guarantee can be given for the continuous availability of our website or the entries it contains.

Reservation of Rights

1. The operator of the web catalog reserves the right to reject and/or delete entries without giving reasons.
2. There is no right whatsoever to have an entry activated.
3. Entries may also be modified, shortened, or published by the operator of the web catalog in a category other than the one originally selected.

Liability

1. The operator of the web catalog is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For other breaches of duty, it is liable only in the event of a breach of material contractual obligations.
2. The operator of the web catalog accepts no liability for non-culpable disruptions to the functioning of the network or of its own offering.
3. The liability of the operator of the web catalog includes the liability of its representatives and vicarious agents.

Right of Withdrawal

1. The withdrawal can be made within four weeks without giving reasons, in text form, e.g. by letter or e-mail. The period begins at the earliest upon receipt of this instruction. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notice of withdrawal in good time.

3. In the event of an effective withdrawal, the services received must be returned and, where applicable, any benefits derived (e.g. advantages of use) must be surrendered.
4. The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the operator of the web catalog has begun performing the service with the express consent of the user before the end of the withdrawal period, or if the user has initiated the performance himself.

Finally: An offering such as ours can only work through the cooperation of its users. We therefore ask you to report any entries that violate the rules and any links that are no longer accessible.
